NMG launches a social project #nemalovazhny (#ofnosmallimportance) to support small and medium business in Russia. The project is being implemented together with key partners and advertisers of the Group, the first of which was the Otkritie bank. Before the end of May, 30-second videos with advertising messages from entrepreneurs will be daily shown on NMG's TV channels and on the holding company’s digital resources. In addition, entrepreneurs will have an opportunity to promote their business in the official account of the project (@nemalovazhny) in Instagram.
The initiative may be participated by small or medium businessmen from any region of Russia. They just should record a small promo video about themselves and their businesses and send it to the project's email: nemalovazhny@gmail.com.
The project will be jointly promoted by accounts of channels, stars and bloggers in social media. The @nemalovazhny account in Instagram will be an important part of the initiative, since it will aggregate all information about participants, including contacts and websites of companies. Any social media user will be able to render support to small business by sharing a post or using a company's services.
Olga Paskina, CEO of National Media Group: "Today, most small and medium businesses are having a very tough time. We want to support those who do not give up, continue their operations, and keep jobs, and therefore we offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to tell their stories to the millions-strong audience of TV channels and to users of our digital resources."
Nadiya Cherkasova, Deputy President — Chairman of the Management Board, Otkritie: "Entrepreneurs are people who constantly develop, take risks, change approaches, search for new solutions. They do not accept the circumstances and move forward. Today, many of them continue to develop their business. We know how important it is to be a reliable partner in good times and it is especially important to remain a reliable partner in tough ones. And we help those who find the strength to move forward. Those who has the same motto as we have — "Don't accept! Undertake!" We call such people "non-accepters". And we give them an opportunity to assert themselves on federal channels, help to promote their business."
