National Media Group and Media Telecom today announced the launch of three pay TV channels offering content from the world’s leading studios – Sony Pictures, Paramount, BBC, Universal, Disney, Freemantle, and MGM.
The TV channels, .Red, .Black and .Sci-Fi, will be available in June 2021, replacing the former Sony Channel, Sony Turbo, and Sony Sci-Fi in the pay TV networks.
The channels’ content will be focused on the most renowned and beloved series, movies, and TV shows produced by Sonу Pictures Television, as well as other series and content, including shows not previously available on Sony channels.
For the .Red, .Black and .Sci-Fi channels, the exclusive distributor will be Media Telecom, with its proven track record of managing TV channels and the non-linear services of Fox Networks Group; the TV channels of the Fenix and Star Media groups; and those of UFC TV and STS Kids. Media Telecom will also be responsible for the channels’ content.
