As part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, National Media Group signed partnership agreements with the All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth Movement of the First and the Federal Teen Centre.
The agreements provide for cooperation in the development of the federal platform дляподростков.рф, an online resource where teenagers, parents, and mentors can find verified help and support. The platform systematizes teenage organizations and programs accessible to every teenager.
The partnership is expected to raise awareness among teenagers, parents and mentors about government and non-profit projects, creative clusters, foundations and youth centres.
Svetlana Balanova, CEO of National Media Group:
"There are a huge number of projects for children and young people in Russia. Many government projects and non-profit organisations direct their assistance to a particularly sensitive group – teenagers. However, until now, there has been no single hub or navigation system for all these resources. We see how helpful tools work, including those integrated into content, and felt the need to create such a navigator. And this would have been impossible without the help of the teenagers themselves and our partners."
Artur Orlov, Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the Firsts and Hero of the Russian Federation, added:
"The agreement between the Movement of the Firsts and National Media Group will expand awareness among children and youth about our organization's activities and help parents see the wide range of opportunities that the Movement of the Firsts provides for personal development within the National Project “Youth and Children”."
Valery Mayorov, Head of the Federal Center for the Development of Teen Socialization Programs, stated:
"Today, working with teenagers requires not separate initiatives, but a holistic system – a living, flexible, and scalable one. We are building such a system: from street services and teen centers to camps for teenagers, their employment, social theaters, as well as methodological solutions and online courses for specialists. Each direction is an entry point, an opportunity for an adult to get involved, to be nearby, and to be a support. Дляподростков.рф is a map of this system, a navigator that unites state and public efforts. We are not just creating a platform – we are building an infrastructure of connection between teenagers and adults who have resources, experience, and readiness to act. And we see that the clearer the route becomes, the more adults choose to join it."
Earlier, National Media Group announced the launch of the federal platform дляподростков.рф – a website where teenagers, parents, and mentors can find verified help and support.
The дляподростков.рф site is presented as an interactive map and a catalog of organizations that assist teenagers across the country – from large government projects to local NGOs, creative workshops, and volunteer initiatives.
The site contains materials on important teenage and parental issues such as bullying, digital security, development, and relationships. There is also an "Urgent Help Needed" button offering two quick action options: either a call to the federal trust line or support through the chatbot "Difficult for Teens."
