NMG Studio responsible for National Media Group's investments in content production, and Star Media announce establishing of a joint venture to make films and series.

As a result of the transaction, NMG Studio and Star Media will each get a 50% stake in a new company called Star Media Vision that will make films and series for NMG's TV digital resources (including the more.tv platform), as well as for other customers. First projects of the joint venture will come out as early as in 2020.

Star Media is one of leaders in terms of production and distribution of feature length films and series in the Russian market. Star Media has its own studio stages, equipment and post-production studios, which will allow NMG Studio to considerably increase the production capacities to make content for NMG's assets.
