On December 28, 2010 general meeting of shareholders of the JSC St.Petersburg Broadcasting company was held. During the meeting the decision was taken to rearrange and appoint new management within the company.

The new appointed General Director of the JSC St.Petersbrug Broadcasting company is Alexey Brodsky, who earlier held a position of a deputy head of management of information programs of Channel 1.

Arkady Soloviev, who headed the company since September 2009, will hold a post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC St.Petersburg Broadcasting company. He will focus on strategic development of the company in his new position.
